[The flat is rather disheveled, with newspapers strewn about and several scribbled on papers. Also- Holmes figured out how to work the printer and there are several stacks of papers on whatever surface is not used on a daily bases.

Holmes though, looks immaculate as normal, though his eyes seem to have some dark circles around them. His mood is anything but jovial, which is never a pleasant experience for anyone.]

This BREW device saw fit to drag us at random from our homes. Without a chance to bring things that are either essential or familiar. Comforts one might be pressed into admitting.

So tell me new guests of Shibusen- what do you know about this world we are now living in? Beyond the walls and dorms of this city?

I was planning on not focusing on the network at all. There seems to be a some simple missing persons cases floating around the city. Small and simple but, reputation starts somewhere.

Given the oddities of this city, something worthwhile will happen soon enough.

You mean those missing from the number of the guests? I believe that a young lady has already shed some light on the matter... [Can't be sure, the past days have been a haze.]

No I've memorized the city. It's the history and current dealings I am interested in.

Other than that, it seems the same. I haven't really looked...

Not only in appearance, there are several other factors that are the same as any other city.

They have better phones than where I'm from too. Maybe it is the future.

This place is the future in my case. Victorian London had absolutely nothing like what is found here.

I am uncertain of the accuracy of my conjectures, sir, but I believe this world we are in is an universe parallel to the universes we each come from.

Parallel perhaps to some, at least in the manner of effects.

It is more the events I am concerned with. Have you heard anything interesting?

Yes. The history of this world, political standings, scandal. The normal traits that make a city.

Ah. Of that, I have heard very little. Based on my observations, though, 'normal' parameters here are similar to what one may define as 'normal' in my world. Perhaps in yours, as well, if I am to assume that our universe is one in the same.
