I was wondering, since I don't think I've seen it addressed anywhere yet, but what sort of provisions will be made for the victims of these kidnappings once they've been brought back safely? I mean, it's as traumatic an experience as any, and something like that can have serious repercussions on a person's psyche; in some cases it can even render the person catatonic. So I guess I was wondering, since Shibusen is already providing housing and such to make up for the fact that we were dragged here against our will, if they were also planning to follow up on the victims and cover for any therapy and the like that they might need.

There have been a lot more kidnappings now, but also a lot more facts to draw upon now that it's progressed this far. Based on everything that's happened I've developed a theory, though it's not exactly a pleasant one (not that anything about this situation is really pleasant) and I hope more than anything that I can be proven wrong here, but...

[to anyone who recognizes Sora, she probably seems pretty subdued as the feed flicks on] Um... I know things have been pretty bad lately. So many people are missing, and.. I'm really sorry to everyone who's lost someone! I'm sure they'll be okay. I guess I just don't want anyone losing hope.

[falters for a moment and bites her lip before she puts one fist down decisively on the table] Everyone's trying their hardest right now, and I really feel pretty useless. It's silly, right? But if there are any Weapons out there that don't have a Meister and feel the same way, will you try partnering with me? I know there's more I could be doing right now!

[and then, because she's still got no clue about how to make stuff private, just tacked onto the end:] ...Mister Kuroro, if I find a weapon, are you still willing to teach me?

[[Fakir is in his apartment.  If you've seen him at all over the past few days, you know this is unusual.  There are dark circles under his eyes as though he hasn't been sleeping much, but he doesn't look worn down at all.  His face is stern and alert.]]

I apologize for having been absent at training and the shop over the past [[very brief pause as he tries to remember]] few days.  I've been searching for Ahiru and the rest of the kidnapped.

I won't be back until I find her.  Consider this my resignation from both positions, if you want.

[Hello Death City. You're about to learn one Very Important Fact, and that is Shinra likes Celty. A lot. He also likes to annoy Shizuo. A lot. And what a rare chance it is for him to prattle over Celty and annoy Shizuo in the process! Obviously he will take advantage of it.

The feed clicks on to show the three of them on the sofa in Shinra's apartment at the communal, or more specifically – Celty and Shizuo pretty much leaning on one another and more or less asleep on the sofa and Shinra recording them from the other side and speaking in gleeful, yet quiet, whispers.]

Celty's so cute when she's sleeping~ Of course I wish it were me she was leaning against, though I can forgive Shizuo this once. Even though I am quite jealous-

[But his little babble is cut short when he notices Shizuo is awake and glaring at him from across the couch.]

Ahh, you're awake Shizuo? What's with that murderous look? Really it's only natural that I feel jealous when someone snuggles up to my future wife-

[Nature takes it course. The coffee table is lifted and thrown, the view shakes, and the camera cuts off right as Shinra yelps in pain.

Several minutes later and it's back on. The three occupants look no worse for the wear (Shizuo seems to have regained some semblance of calm, Celty's helmetpalming in a corner, and Shinra actually looks unharmed save for a few bruises). Unfortunately, the apartment has not been spared, and is completely trashed. The coffee table has been snapped in two, the sofa is completely destroyed... and that's not even half of it.

Regardless, Shinra smiles and laughs cheerfully.]

Haha, your temper is still as short as ever. I'm surprised the city is still standing!

Shinra, SHUT UP!

[Shizuo flicks Shinra on the forehead, and while that usually would be enough to knock him out, it's just not complete without an additional fist in the gut from Celty.]

[Not much of a picture to see this time around. It seems like she's sitting in the dark, somewhere-- On the balcony of her apartment, maybe? And judging by her tone, she is sitting outside and sulking a bit. Even in the evening light, though, one might be able to see a rather nice, Enma-elbow-shaped bruise starting to form around her left eye.]

Are there any pastry stores besides Death by Pastry in this city? I don't think I like the type that's started hanging out around there. At all.


Joshua. I want to find something fun to do tomorrow. You'd better have some good ideas, because I'm tired of sitting around at the pastry shop. There's got to be something else we can do.
