[Because, it is only fair to give fair warning to the new people that have arrived about his presence, is it not? Perhaps some of them will be rather pleasant and would make good company. So here you go Death City, and more importantly you knew inhabitants, you are now seeing video of a considerably-sized dragon in his apartment, tail languidly swishing from side to side.]

To all the new residents of Death City, greetings.

By now I trust that you all know what role you are able to take should worst come to worst, which is a very real threat in this world. It might seem a far-off threat, but those of us that have lived here for a considerable amount of time know that it is still very, very real.

If you have not jumped back or turned your off for fear of me, then I commend you. My name is Temeraire, and while I may be a dragon, it does not mean that I will randomly attack any one person in this city.

I am a part of the Watch which means that I am here to protect everyone in my patrol area, so rest assured that I will never mean you any sort of harm... for the most part.

If you have any questions, I would be glad to answer them to the best of my abilities. Until then, I hope that you will make the best of your circumstances while you are here.

[A bit of a cackling, but not unkind, laugh.] My name! I believe my name is 'Sexy'. It is what My Thief called me. My Thief being a person who stole me, and I stole him, and we travel- travelled- across time and space.

And of course you're quite real! Look at you! Talking! Talking with me! Isn't talking such a grand thing?

Yes! My Thief was rather good friends with Lord Nelson. Fond of him, he was- is. Visited a few times, even when we didn't need to. Couldn't save the poor fellow, even though My Thief tried quite hard. Brilliant man, from the little I actually got to see.

I don't suppose I know enough dragons to know if your talking should be odd! I know mine ought, since TARDISes don't talk, can't. Well, none that I met, some newer models might have been able to. But I shouldn't be in a human's body either. Shouldn't be here. There are a lot of shouldn'ts, but I don't think I can really complain too much about any of them. I also don't see why I shouldn't be comfortable talking with you. Or why I should scream bloody murder, there is no one being murdered, bloodily or not.
