[Germany is baaack, and looking pretty refreshed considering all that's happened. The wonders of a lot of sleep and an Italien... Ahem.]

Thank you for your participation in the fight against Adachi. I hope that all the injured are well into recovery by now; otherwise, please contact the medics immediately. We cannot afford to have people disabled for any extended length of time considering our short numbers and the war we have at hand.

On more pertinent matters: Shibusen has given the approval to build a clinic in both the Casualty Communal and Death City Heights, as well as to renovate some partner-sized residences in the Communal so that we may leave meister-weapon couples on guard there. I have been informed that Shibusen currently does not have any personnel that they can lend in aid of the effort. I would like to ask members of the guests to assist in the endeavor, especially those with abilities in carpentry and construction.

Last: We have lost some of our comrades during the fight with Adachi. Among the names that come from our ranks include Captain Li Shang and [A pause here, deep breath.] Griechenland, better known to you as Greece. The others involve the following: [Have a list of NPCs from Shibusen here.] It would be appreciated if everyone were to attend their funerals, to be announced at a later time.

He is suited to leadership, some factors aside. [Straight Face.]

I believe he is doing well in that regard. It is a matter of the others acknowledging him.

It seems that the humans here have no problems remembering him. But among our ranks... Yes, necessary.

What do you propose? A meeting?

Nein. It is enough that he works hard and takes on more leadership roles. The other nations will have no choice but to follow and therefore acknowledge and remember him. He has the skill and guts; they only need to notice. For example, my brother is already quite fond of him.

And in contrast, Italy has yet to learn his name.

You truly think it best if he earn the recognition on his own, when we need skilled leaders?

[sigh] Italien does not do any business with him. I will have to remedy that.

He has the skills. We cannot merely tell the other countries that he exists – they already know, it is just that they always forget. If he earns it, the remembrance will last longer, that is why we must put him in a position where he is given the chance to earn it. I have discussed a bit of it with him before; I think it is reasonable to put him in the position of training the children, for example, and he already has his work as representative of the nations to Shibusen.

... It will work, I suppose, in the long run. He would do well with the children, too. As long as he does not balk or forget what he is trying to accomplish, aru. Which I hope he will not.

Does Shibusen listen to him? Do you know?

I believe he will be fine in that regard.

And yes, they do. He has just managed to get two of the proposals from us approved, the first being the clinic and the second one being the residences for partners in Casualty Communal.

If you plan on constructing through the day, I will try to provide meals, so workers can stay in the area. If that would help?

It would help immensely. [rubs the bridge of his nose] I hope that Shibusen can aid in the construction materials, even if they cannot provide people. We appear to be setting up an entire small building for the clinics. Even if we are only to start on one now, that will be of great help on the chance that we finish early. [headache thinking of the logistics of it.]

Hopefully, aru, it will not take the months it usually would.

But they must provide something. Supplies would do.

I am settling for an easy structure. Something like a long shed. Since this is a dessert, something wooden should not be so terrible?

Supplies is all we can expect.

If you can have it not turn into a baker's oven, aru. Are there any with experience in building in the desert...?

With proper insulation… I can consult someone from Shibusen, or study their infrastructures here. But from experience, wooden houses are all right for the heat. I am more worried about the temperature in winter. Does Nevada experience snow?
