[The video starts up without the fumbling of a beginner using the network, though there is an unfamiliar face staring through the mirror. Obito definitely took his time reading that manual to get this right. He was also too lazy to check the DEMISE network before, but that's not the point. Distinctive about his face are his eyes, which are two-toned. The left is normal and black while the right is permanently stuck with a strange red pattern on it. The boy also has a bright smile and an arm in a cast. And a strange pair of orange-lens goggles. But other than that he's normal.

He raises an arm in greeting. His one good arm, of course.]

Hey, everyone. I probably should have done this before, but I was kinda busy before now just getting used to this place. Anyway, I'm Uchiha Obito and it turns out that I'm a Meister so...um, I look forward to working with all of you.

I'm a shinobi from Konoha. I know there are supposed to be a few others from there... Oh! If you're familiar with Gai and Kakashi, I'll be staying with them for now. In case you were wondering.

[He's rambling now, not sure what else to say to make this introduction any smoother. He's pretty bad at these things... Oh, right, he had a question to ask!]

Before I go, do any of you know a good idea for a thank-you gift? I need to get something for someone I'm not too familiar with, but I feel like I owe him a lot. Any suggestions?

The areas damaged by Ryoki's fiery rampage are now closed for repairs.

Temperatures in Death City will be 57/37F (14C/3C).

Temperatures in Florence, Italy will be 42/33F (6C/1C). It will rain lightly in the afternoon.

Temperatures in Frankfurt, Germany will be 41/30F (5C/-1C). It should be mild and cloudy throughout the day.

Temperatures in Prague, Czech Republic will be 32/19F (0C/-7C) with a chance of light snow.

Temperatures in Vienna, Austria will be 37/26F (3C/-3C), again, with chances of snow.

--Or so weather forecasts say. Things won't be that simple, though. Temperatures will fluctuate wildly throughout the day, varying by as much as 7 degrees Celsius either way in all four locations. Florence will nearly drown in a freak thunderstorm. Frankfurt will be dark and dreary because of an unnaturally thick, low-lying cloud bank. Prague and Vienna will get blizzards courtesy of the madness wavelenth emitters. These extreme weather conditions will subside once the devices have been destroyed.
