I regret having to say this, since he was a close friend of mine, but to anyone that may have been acquainted with him, it seems as though Ryuuga Hideki has been brought back home by BREW. It's always a bit upsetting when someone we were close to leaves us, but I think that, even having said that, it's probably for the best to remain positive for their sake if you can, since it doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing if they're being returned to their own world safe and sound. [Not that this isn't total bullcrap, since he knows exactly what it is L's going home to.]
This does raise another issue, though. With all of these recent disappearances and people being picked up by BREW, the Agency has taken a bit of a hit in terms of our numbers, unfortunately. Having said that, I'll be taking this opportunity to ask again that if anyone is interested in a position within the Agency to please feel free to drop by for an interview.

I think this pattern has become a bit obvious by now, but every time there's a surprise attack it's usually in the middle of some sort of festivities when the city has its guard lowered. I don't mean to suggest that we not throw any more celebrations as a solution to this problem, since we definitely don't want this to feel like more of a war than it already has, but it would probably be a good idea to heighten our security even more than we already have on such occasions, in the hopes that we can prevent it the next time it happens, especially since they seem to be seizing that opportunity to try and cultivate spies amongst the guests, or as a way to cause even more discord.

I know what you're thinking, and while I'd love to take the credit for it unfortunately that's impossible. Well, I doubt you'll believe me anyway, and I can't say I really care if you don't, but I thought I'd be considerate of the situation and try in spite of that as a gesture of kindness. [You can't see it, but you can practically hear the smile in his voice.]
Also, I can't say I've seen L's imposter running around the city lately, either; I wonder if maybe they may have run into each other... You two wouldn't happen to know anything about that, would you?
