As you may already know, witches have been spotted in the city. One has engaged with Mr. Black★Star and Miss Tsubaki, and a second has been sighted at the commercial area, close to the mall. There may be a third in the residential area - although we are not entirely sure. She was only seen for a moment before she vanished into a crowd.

Remain on your guard, and stay with a partner or within a group, regardless of your fighting aptitude. Do not attempt to attack the witches on your own, and contact Shibusen for help if you must.

I repeat, do not wander the streets alone.
