[Anyone watching the feed can see Death City flying by in a blur, though her face is still fixed firmly in the center of the screen. Her face is serious, and she's glancing to and fro as she races through the streets. A rather overexcited yell can be heard from beside her even over the blaring of the sirens, and she turns her head to glance at her partner, sighing lightly even while sprinting at full speed. She then turns back to the camera, looking a bit bewildered.]

This is Tsubaki. Black★Star and I have returned, but it appears as if the city is nearly empty.

[There's a deliberate pause as she glances around again. They're on the rooftops now, jumping from building to building when she halts in her tracks, taking in the view to see if she can analyze the situation. She seems to focus inward for a moment, closing her eyes as if listening for something. She lets out a steady breath before her eyes pop open a moment later, and then the pair are quickly on the move again.]

There are at least two witches in the city. There may be more. One is currently attempting to flee the city, but Black★Star and I are on our way to intercept. Another is currently attacking residents, and will need to be dealt with as soon as possible.

[She pauses for a moment, her eyes flicking back and forth between the screen and the path in front of her.] Whoever is still in the city, please be careful. If you need help, please push the S.O.S. button. Anyone able to fight, please let me know who you are. We will need to defend the residents and drive the witches out.

[Looks like you guys have your own fight on home turf, too. A few witches seem to have taken advantage of the mirror in the medics tent to run away from the carnage here.]
