[The feed fires up to the scene of Vergil moving through the streets. The sound of other footsteps can be heard beside his own, along with the occasional flash of movement of someone else beside him. It's roughly 9.30am and it should be apparent by all the recent SOS' that the sand constructs have been swarming the city.]

[He fiddles with the communicator for a moment while he activates the filter.]

Those of you assigned to the Shopping District, rendezvous with your shift partners and proceed to search the area for lingering civilians. Don't engage any of the sand constructs unless necessary. Anybody you rescue, keep with you, and travel as a group. Periodically return to the mall, as we're going to secure it as a temporary shelter for them.
