... Hahah, isn't that amazing. Complaints about a war we can't see, and then this mission arrives.
Maybe we've been kept too idle.
[ A few seconds of silence and Giovanni shifts, moves to stand and walk with the communicator. The sound of the door opening is pretty distinct and familiar if you live in the Casualty Communal - that's a front door latch getting pulled free, that's the sound the lock makes when it rolls out of the door frame. That's the sound of the knob turning.
He's quiet for a minute, just staring out into the first floor corridor. His voice is quiet, but it bounces hollowly off the walls anyway. ]
It has all the essentials, even if the routine is different. It'd be easy for a person to be misled, if they weren't careful.
[ He's definitely smiling. ]
You'll tell the rest of us how that mission pans out, won't you. It sounds like good exercise for us new-found dogs of war.
