[the feed clicks on and England is sitting in the living room of his apartment] Citizens of Death City, I wish to bring to your attention a very serious matter.

A couple days ago, a young woman was attacked by a man with a sack covering his head. He threw some sort of powder on her which caused her to hallucinate. My partner and I were able to get the girl to the clinic, but she was in pretty bad shape.

I propose that we handle this incident the way we did with Adachi; under no circumstances should anyone go outside alone, if possible. It's safe to say that this could happen again. Until further notice, please, do not try to be heroes about this. [looking at you America] It's important that we be careful, especially when we know so little. If you have been attacked by this guy, too, let us know so that we can put together stories and hopefully gather clues.

Hi, my name’s Brock [friendly wave].
I’m training to be a pokemon breeder, but I somehow became separated from my friends and ended up here. I’m not really sure what all this is about...something about a war...

[He frowns a little and leans back, as if mulling over the thought].

I’m not sure if any of my friends made it here as well, but if anyone has seen Ash or Dawn, please let me know. Ash is a pokemon trainer and Dawn is a pokemon coordinator.
