[It takes a moment for the camera to settle and the picture to become clear. The PDA seems to have been set down with some haste, as if the person handling it has decided upon this action at the last moment. A darkly sharp gaze and finely cut hair graced with the distinctive hat come into focus. A delicately featured, boyish face stares keenly into the camera's eye. His expression is slightly weary, but cool and collected, as if nothing can possibly ruffle the still calm of his demeanor. His mature solemnity is partially broken by the fact that he looks like he is fighting a severe headache. Still, he speaks with a polite voice, though the tone is unusually dusky for a boy's.]

I have taken time to review 'my' previous entries, as well as notes I have collected from others regarding the state of the city and its supernatural aspects. In catching up on class materials I have also gathered together several pieces of what I believe to be useful information concerning Weapons and Meisters. As there have been several new arrivals within the last few days, I have followed Kujikawa-san's previous example and placed my organized notes here for anyone's perusal.

[As Naoto finishes his clearly spoken explanation, his pleasantly dark voice is nearly dry; though he seems surprisingly accustomed to speaking for lengthy amounts of time. He nods to the camera, a faint line between his brows. His eyes are unable to completely mask the ache and pressure behind them. It seems his headache has worsened.]
