[The feed clicks on and Tails adjusts the camera on the computer screen a bit. Once he figures its the right height he nods and looks at the lens. Behind him one can see the room he's been given has been converted into a reasonable make-shift lab. Mostly it's wires, some tools and an array of electrodes tossed about.]

I have a question for everyone here. I have a favor to ask.

I'm working on something that might help out around here, so- I need one meister and one weapon. I need a standard to measure EMF against for what I'm working on. I really wish there was some sort of control, but I guess everyone here is either one or the other, right?
