[Video flips on for a few seconds before Germany curses and puts it to voice. You can see for a moment there that he's been beaten up a fair bit, like he's been on the losing end of a bar fight. Bruises on his face, one eye swollen shut, split lip, split skin on cheekbone, a welt under an eye, dried blood under his nose and ear. Not looking so handsome there! And mighty panicky, too.]

What is going on? Why is the church burning and where is my brother? Ungarn is also not in the Communal, as well as a number of others. How many shadows have infested the city? Italien and I have just run into ours, but they have been driven off.

I am a country who had recently lost a war that I started. Is it so surprising? [maybe bitter there]

Why wouldn't it be? You hide it very well. I accepted what you and your brother said about being countries because you don't sound insane and you seemed to know exactly what you're talking about, but I never did get to ask how it works.

[petulant frown] I want to ask, but I don't want to bother you. It feels like a sensitive issue. It's annoying, you know--so many things I want to know about, but I can't just accost people at random and grill them for information.

That is weird. You and your brother are weird. You don't even know my background, and yet you claimed me so readily--not that I don't like what you did, though. It's sort of nice. It almost feels like I have relatives again.
